U388 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using u388's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the u388 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of the u388 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u388 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use u388's services. This platform is not intended for underage users. u388 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be held by a minor.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the u388 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. u388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the u388 customer support team immediately. You must not share your login credentials with any other party under any circumstances.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure.
- Only one account is permitted per individual.
- U388 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
U388 users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots to place bets, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using the u388 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. u388 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus or promotions system, including opening multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits more than once, is a serious violation that may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring funds between accounts without u388's authorisation is prohibited.
- Users must treat other users and support staff with respect.
- Any conduct that disrupts platform operations may result in account suspension.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the u388 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and approved e-wallets. u388 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated through the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same name as the u388 account holder.
U388 reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. This verification process is in place to protect users from fraudulent activity and may take up to 3–5 business days in certain cases. Any transaction fees charged by a bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
- All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Withdrawals are only made to accounts in the registered user's name.
- U388 reserves the right to withhold payments for review purposes.
- Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will not be paid out.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
U388 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, service disruption due to technical issues, or any system failure beyond u388's control. u388's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
U388 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in those accounts.
Intellectual Property
All content on the u388 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interfaces, is the property of u388 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from u388.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The u388 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. u388 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk. u388 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform, and continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts.
